Very disappointing experience.
Based on my experience, the very positive reviews do not match the condition of the bikes I actually saw.
The road bikes we were offered were extremely old and poorly maintained. There were only two bikes available, looking around 10-15 years old, with heavily worn drivetrains, damaged/falling-apart saddles, and generally very little sign of proper maintenance.
What makes it worse is the price — you are paying rates that would make you expect modern, well-maintained, high-quality bikes.
If you are a serious cyclist and care about the quality and condition of the bike you rent, I would not recommend this place.

Please prove me wrong and post recent photos of the road bikes currently available for rent, either here or on your website.
I did not need to rent a bike for a full day to see the visible condition of the drivetrain, saddle and general maintenance.
You don’t need to be a rocket scientist to recognize a poorly maintained bike.
Also, simply saying I was offered an “S-Works” is misleading in this context. The S-Works I was shown had a Shimano Tiagra groupset, which is very unusual for a top-tier S-Works build and clearly not what most serious cyclists would expect when hearing “S-Works.” A premium frame name does not automatically make the complete rental bike premium. The same applies to an Ultegra-equipped Trek: the groupset name alone says nothing about the actual age, wear or maintenance condition of the bike.
My review is based on the bikes I was shown and their visible condition. If you believe this is unfair, simply post current photos of the rental fleet and let people judge for themselves.

We rented two gravel bikes from LloretBikes for two days, and everything was perfect from start to finish.
The bikes were in excellent condition, perfectly maintained, and ready to ride. Nothing was missing, and the flat pedals we had requested were already installed when we arrived.
Pickup and drop-off were incredibly easy and completely hassle-free. Everything happened exactly at the agreed times, and communication was excellent. Just a heads-up: this isn’t a traditional bike shop that’s open all day. They operate by appointment, so don’t be surprised if someone isn’t always there. It actually made the whole process very smooth and efficient.
We stayed in touch via WhatsApp throughout, and every message was answered quickly and in a very friendly way.
We had two fantastic days exploring on the bikes and would definitely rent from LloretBikes again. Highly recommended!

On a recent Holiday to LLoret de Mar, I really needed (wanted) to get-in some road cycling! Luckily, I found Mark and LLoret Bikes! Mark was attentive, accommodating and fortunately had a bike in my size. Mark made sure I had the equipment and gear to enjoy a safe ride. I did!!
I will def use LLoret Bikes every time I return. Oh, be sure and reserve early!

Great service as bike was delivered to my hotel at the time promised on WhatsApp. Great way to book bike and confirm details, options etc Bike supplied was brilliant perfectly matching my needs. Good fit with correct pedals as requested. Pick up after hire was also straight forward and arranged over WhatsApp with prompt updates. Smooth and easy process , Marc was a great guy nothing too much trouble!

Amazing experience with LloretBikes! Rented a carbon road bike for 2 days and did some lovely routes to Tossa and Platja D’Aro. Very friendly and communicative owner! The bike was high quality, had top components, and fitted very nicely to my preferences (height, pedals… even a helmet was provided) – it was a pleasure to ride, will definitely come back soon and rent again!

Highly recommend, have some great bikes (I had the Kona ebike), plenty power & battery (25-45 miles range) which allowed to me to see some beautiful parts of Spain, I’ll let the pictures do the talking.
More importantly, prices are spot on and great customer service, I snapped the derailleur on a ride, the owner met me, swapped out for the same bike and away I went, which not many places/people are that nice to do
If I’m in Lloret De Mar again I’ll be popping back for round 2

I had a great experience renting a road bike for the Gran Fondo Lloret de Mar. The Giant road bicycle (size M/L – Shimano 105) was in decent condition and perfectly suited for my height (185 cm). High quality bikes that easily cope with the steeper hills. In the price is included equipment like a helmet or a locking chain if needed. I highly recommend renting bikes from this place whenever you want to have some sport in Lloret and see beautiful coastal landscapes.
